The matchups are set for the eight-man lightweight tournament at World Series of Fighting 25.

In one half of the bracket, Luis Palomino will face Richard Patishnock, while Brian Foster meets Joao Zeferino. On the other side, Brian Cobb locks horns with Mike Ricci, and Islam Mamedov collides with Jorge Patino. The Palomino-Patishnock winner will be paired with the Foster-Zeferino winner, while the Cobb-Ricci winner will fight the Mamedov-Patino winner. The lightweight who emerges from the tournament will receive a title shot against reigning 155-pound king Justin Gaethje.

WSOF 25 takes place at Comerica Theatre in Phoenix on Nov. 20 and will also feature a co-main event clash pitting Jason High against Estevan Payan in another 155-pound bout. The card airs on NBC Sports Network at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.

A recent WSOF signee, High has not competed since a second-round TKO loss to Rafael dos Anjos at UFC Fight Night “Henderson vs. Khabilov” in June 2014. High was released from the promotion and suspended for one year for shoving referee Kevin Mulhall after the bout.

After an 0-3 stint in the UFC, Payan has split his last four contests. Most recently, he stopped Roberto Yong in the third round at Rage in the Cage 178.
