Strikeforce veteran Tyler Stinson will make his World Series of Fighting debut at the organization’s upcoming eighth event, Sherdog.com recently confirmed with a promotion official.
Stinson has won back-to-back fights since dropping bouts to Tarec Saffiedine and Jordan Mein to close out his Strikeforce run last year. “The Evolution” ended 2012 with a first-round knockout of Zac Kelly and then turned the same trick against UFC veteran Rob Kimmons, stopping “The Rosedale Reaper” in just 54 seconds this past June.
Araujo captured the vacant Championship Fighting Alliance welterweight crown on Oct. 12, when he submitted Romario Manoel da Silva at CFA 12. The victory marked the third consecutive victory for “BBMonster,” who owns 11 of his 14 career wins by either knockout or submission.
