Weekend Fight Odds: Pickett Tabbed as Underdog in Faber Retirement Fight
Virtually every weekend is a good one to make some extra money on the side by betting on the fights. With UFC on Fox 22 taking place in Sacramento, Calif., and boxing legend Bernard Hopkins fighting for the final time near Los Angeles, Saturday is shaping up to be a beneficial day for the bettor.

The co-feature will see Urijah Faber shadowing Hopkins in that “The California Kid” will be hanging up his gloves for good once he’s done fighting Brad Pickett. Faber currently stands as a -450 favorite going into the contest while “One Punch” rests as a +325 underdog. Bryan Barbarena is the other decent-sized underdog as he sits at +270 against Colby Covington, who is a -360 favorite at the moment.
However, the biggest underdog of the weekend by far will be
climbing through the ropes on Saturday in the co-feature of the
Hopkins-Joe Smith Jr.
event. WBO cruiserweight champion Oleksandr Usyk will defend his
title against unheralded Thabiso Mchunu. The titlist is a -2250
favorite, according to Bovada while Mchunu is a whopping +950
underdog.
