Santa Monica, CA -- TKT Promotions in association with JG Promotions is proud to announce that FIGHTING 4 KIDZ, a Mixed Martial Arts event to benefit the Shriner’s Hospitals for Children in Los Angeles has been scheduled for Saturday August 30th at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. This night of hard hitting, fast paced MMA Action looks to raise awareness and funds for Children and their families who are in need of best medical care this great nation can provide.

Shriner’s Hospitals for Children provides a one-of-a-kind international health care system of 22 hospitals dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing specialty pediatric care, innovative research and outstanding teaching programs. Children up to the age of 18 with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft lip and palate are eligible for admission and receive all care in a family-centered environment at no charge – regardless of financial need. Shriner’s Hospitals operates solely on donations from the community. Its time the MMA community did our part.

Fighting 4 Kidz will combine Mixed Martial Arts action with a red carpet atmosphere. Fights on hand will showcase San Diego’s own Gary Padilla (Pictures) verses Victorville’s Bryan Baker (Pictures). As a special feature fans will be treated to the MMA debut of Sao Paulo Brazil’s Andre Galvao (7 Time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion). Former WEC Champion and UFC stand out Gabe Ruediger (Pictures) returns to MMA in a classic match up with rising star Justin Wilcox. American Kickboxing Academy’s own Mike Kyle (Pictures) looks to return to his winning ways in a bout with Washington’s own Mychal Clark (Pictures). Other fighters on tap are Justin “Bully” Schalk, Lemar Jiles, Vanoscar Penvaroff, Dustin Rhodes, Andrew Lang (Pictures), Davon Clark, Seth Dikun (Pictures), Alvin Cacdac (Pictures), and Tony Johnson.
