A message from Rio Heroes
A message from the President:
Due to an unexpected turnout for RioHeroes 11, our servers experienced severe technical difficulties and down time. Our servers were overloaded for more than six hours, which prevented us from broadcasting live until a large number of visitors left the site. Even when a majority of the viewers left, we were still only able to broadcast on one camera in order to minimize the bandwidth from the gym to the off-site control room. We thank our fans for their support and apologize to those who were unable to view the fights.
We will now be giving away RioHeroes 12, the middleweight championship, for free on Nov. 27th, 2007. We know that it is only through our viewers support that we will be able to continue to broadcast and want to thank you for your understanding. Proper adjustments will be taken next tournament to ensure that the website will be able to handle such a heavy load.
We appreciate your understanding and realize none of this would be possible without the support of our fans. Thank you.
