Baroni (Pictures) Sidney Silva (Pictures) in action at Couture's Gym.
On February 25th Sidney Silva (Pictures), Jiu-Jitsu black belt and and Judo brown belt holding the Hawaiian and American belts of 170 pounds from Icon/Elite flew to Las Vegas, game capital of the world, where he will be training Phil Baroni (Pictures) ground game.
The training is being done at Randy Couture (Pictures)'s Gym (Extreme Couture). Sidney from there will go to Vancouver, where he will be teaching some Submission & MMA seminars.
Sidney returns to Hawaii on March 14th to continue his work with Baroni, who will be facing the Hawaiian Kala Hose on the EliteXC on March 15th.
