Bellator Airs Season 3 “Road to the Championships” Highlight Show TONIGHT on FOX Sports Net

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Bellator Fighting Championships will air a
Season 3 “Road to the Championships” highlight show this evening,
Thursday, Oct. 7th on FOX Sports Net. The show will recap two
months of exciting tournament action in the bantamweight,
heavyweight and women's divisions, allowing you to catch up on
anything you may have missed over the season. The show will air at
8 pm ET and features Bellator commentators Sean Wheelock and Jimmy
Smith, along with an appearance from Bellator Chairman and CEO
Bjorn Rebney.
Featured on the “Road to the Championships” will be appearances from all six finalists in the bantamweight, heavyweight and women's tournaments, including Ed “Wild” West and Zach “Fun Size” Makovsky at bantamweight, Neil “Goliath” Grove and Cole “The Polar Bear” Konrad at heavyweight, along with Megumi “Mega Megu” Fujii and Zoila “Warrior Princess” Frausto in the women's 115 lb division.
Tournament action picks up again on October 14th with Bellator 32
in Kansas City, MO which will host the Bellator Season 3
Heavyweight Tournament finals between devastating UK based knockout
artist Neil Grove and two-time NCAA Division I Wrestling Champion
Cole Konrad, as well as the Season 3 Bantamweight Championship
between World Grappling Champion Zach Makovsky and the dangerously
well rounded Ed West.
The world's top pound-for-pound female fighter Megumi Fujii will then clash with explosive striker Zoila Frausto during Bellator 34 on October 28th in Florida to determine the first ever Bellator Women's Champion.
