(PRESS RELEASE) -- On February 1st in Golden Eagle Culture City in
Changsua, China K-1 will present K-1 China vs. Japan. The event
will be broadcast all throughout China via an agreement with Hunan
TV and will feature some of the best fighters that China has to
offer going up against some of the stars from Japan’s kickboxing
scene.
There has been a rivalry between both nations for many years, stretching for decades and pouring over into any competitive situation. It was only natural to pit some of the top up-and-comers from China against some of Japan’s most promising kickboxers after last month saw K-1’s Chinese fighters take on opponents from the United States in a closely-contested series of fights.
60kg Tomohiro Kiyai vs. Wu Ze
63kg Keisuke Nakamura vs. Wang Zhiwei
65kg Kuji Yoshimoto vs. Hanji
70kg Hideaki Kikkawa vs. Tien Xin
70kg K-Jee vs. Zang Lei
70kg Jungle Koki vs. Ba Te Er
53kg Syuri vs. E Meidie
