Central Valley Cage Fighting Debut
The fastest growing sport in the world is coming to Fresno on
October 2, 2007 at Chukchansi Park in downtown Fresno.
CENTRAL VALLEY CAGE FIGHTING will hold its inaugural event matching some of the best mixed martial arts fighters in the valley. "We wanted to bring a big time mixed martial arts event for the people in the central valley, we have great fighters in the valley and they deserve to fight in a great event." Said Jason Weiner, President of the CVC.
The CVC is planning on holding 5-6 events a year in Fresno and the surrounding cities. All fighters will come from Bakersfield to Sacramento as the CVC is all about Valley Fighters. Along with title matches and champions in different weight classes, the CVC will have a reality TV show that will search the valley for the best fighters in different weight classes.
