Dave O'Donnell to Make Guest Appearance on Special UK Episode of The Tommy Toe Hold Show

(PRESS RELEASE) -- (Las Vegas, Sept 25th) UCMMA CEO and Presenter
Dave O'Donnell will reportedly be making a special guest appearance
on tomorrow's U.K. edition of the Tommy Toe Hold Show. The popular
series which airs new episodes every Wednesday is the first
animated MMA comedy show in production and has quickly amassed a
"cult-like" following in the U.S. via social media sites youtube
and twitter. This week’s presentation will be aimed at building
awareness and continued American interest in the ever booming
“UKMMA” scene. With his appearance, O'Donnell now joins an
exclusive guest list that includes the UFC's Chael Sonnen
as the only two men to be invited on the hit show.
In response to tomorrow’s episode Tommy Toe Hold was quoted as saying; “I love the UK. They have a strong MMA scene, and I think it's about time that I poke fun at it.”
Meanwhile Dave O'Donnell stated: “Tommy Toe Hold is exactly what the MMA community needs. It’s clever and fast paced fun that offers fight fans a sense of MMA culture. When I got the call, I couldn’t say no.”
Widely respected as the "Godfather of UKMMA" O'Donnell will be discussing this weekends UFC on Fuel TV 5 card taking place in Nottingham, England. In addition to his pre fight predictions and analysis on the current state of MMA in the UK, O'Donnell will also be giving his insights on some of the fighters he has helped to cultivate and showcase over the years. Almost all of the English fighters on this Saturday’s card including Brad Pickett, Che Mills, John Maguire, John Hathaway, Jimi Manuwa, Tom Watson and Jason Young have each made name’s for themselves and moved on to the UFC after fighting for the former Cage Rage Promoter.
