FINDLAY TOYOTA PRESENTS THE RETURN OF TUFF-N-UFF TO THE COX PAVILION ON AUGUST 26

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Amateur MMA Fighting Championship in conjunction
with Justice Entertainment Group (JEG), returns for another action
packed night of combat at the Cox Pavilion on Friday, August 26,
2011, presented by Findlay Toyota. The event will begin at 7 p.m.
and will feature some of the best amateur fighters in the
world.
“We are thrilled to have Findlay Toyota be a part of our TUFF-N-UFF event on August 26th,” said Daren Libonati, JEG President. “Findlay Toyota has been a wonderful partner to many great events in this city, and they continue to give back to the community in support and admiration of people striving to be their best.”
Tickets are on sale now and are priced at $23, $28, $38 and $55,

“Many of the top male and female amateur fighters coming from the best gyms will be competing, including Xtreme Couture, Wand Fight team, Tapout, Throwdown, and many more,” said Barry Meyer, TUFF-N-UFF President.
Last month’s TUFF-N-UFF event featured a tribute to MMA legend Randy Couture when the heavyweight championship title was named in his honor. Heavyweight Carl Postma from Team One Kick Nick became the first Randy Couture TUFF-N-UFF Heavyweight Champion that evening.
"We're excited to return to the Cox Pavilion,” said Meyer. “Our last event was bigger than the previous one, and we expect this next event to be even bigger and better and continue to grow.”

The $16.8 million state-of-the-art Cox Pavilion is a 78,300 square foot, multi-purpose venue connected to the Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus, and serves as the home court for UNLV women's basketball and volleyball teams. Some of the exciting bouts confirmed include the110lb. title fight
between Xtreme Couture’s Jordan McDonald (4-1) and Damage Inc. Liz
McCarthy (4-0). In welterweight action Vince Van Slyke (1-1) from
Cascao Jiu-Jitsu will go head to head with Damien Jackson (3-0) of
team Hard Knox. Jillian Lybarger (3-4) from team Rise Above looks
to add another win to her record against American Revolution
fighter Jordan Gaza (2-1) in a 115lb. bout. Lightweight Kyosuke
Yokoyama (2-0) representing Xtreme Couture puts his undefeated
record on the line against Wand Fight Teams lightweight Zach
Grossman (2-1). Former Playboy model Latasha Marzola (2-1/125lb.)
from Wand Fight Team is also slated to be on the fight card. No
opponent for Marzola has been announced. All bouts are live and
subject to change.
