JG Promotions returns to the beautiful Stockton Arena in Stockton California on October 12th 2007 with an amazing line up of Mixed Martial Arts Action. Just added to the card, the highly anticipated return of Heavyweight sensation Cain Velasquez (Pictures) will face the hard-hitting Mike Cook.

Cain Velasquez (Pictures) (2-0) is the most exciting new heavyweight in the U.S., an All-American wrestler at Arizona State University who won the Pac-10 title in the heavyweight division before turning to Mixed Martial Arts. Now training at the world famous American Kickboxing Academy a very focused Velasquez looks to test his newfound striking ability with slugger Mike Cook .

Mike Cook (4-1) has ended his last two fights in a combined time of 29 seconds, both by KO. This hard-hitting youngster from the Central Valley of California is trying to make a name for himself in the heavyweight division by silencing the "Experts" who say Velasquez is the next big thing. Mike Cook wants to be the next big thing and the only thing standing in his way is Cain Velasquez (Pictures).

In the main event:
Steve "South Paw" Heath, a living legend in Stockton, holds an MMA record of 9-3-1 will be fighting for the promotions first ever World Championship that night. Heath has gone to war with the likes of Chuck Liddell (Pictures) and Ivan Salaverry (Pictures) to name a few. He returned after a 3-year layoff due to a near career ending knee injury to take on Phil "The Pain" Collins in a bout last April in which Phil "felt the pain" and was forced to tap in just over 2 minutes of round 1. Heath demanded a tough fight this go around so promoter Grunsky obliged, by finding Ultimate Fighter finalist and reality TV star Josh Haynes (Pictures), with whom to do battle.

Josh "Bring the Pain" Haynes hails from Oregon where he trains with the world famous Team Quest. Haynes holds a record of 8-7, and was a finalist on The Ultimate Fighter season 3. Josh's stand up ability has grown by leaps and bounds and as a member of Team Quest you know he can compete with anyone on the ground. Haynes can be seen currently on CMT's new series, Ty Murray's Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge.

Also on the card, Stockton's own J.C. Cearley looks to stay undefeated when he clashes with consummate tough guy Rafael "The Real Deal" Del Real in a Heavyweight match up that is sure to bring fireworks. Younger brother Bobby Cearley is looking for win number 3 in a row as he faces Wayne Phillips from the prestigious American Kickboxing Academy.

Look for some big slams from both fighters as San Jose's Isaiah Hill (Pictures) looks to stop Turlock's own John Reedy in a lightweight fight that should keep everyone on the edge of their seat.
