KOTC: All In
Jan 5, 2012 Comments
(PRESS RELEASE) -- King of the Cage, Inc and Magnaflow Exhaust
products presents, “ALL IN”. Saturday, April 21st at Gold Country
Casino in Oroville California. Northern California will again play
host to another extraordinary professional MMA fight card. Jaime
“El Cucui” Jara 32-10 representing Team Carnage who holds several
championships in small promotions is a seasoned veteran, dynamic
striker, elite wrestler with great submissions and a non-stop
aggressive style. which should play out well for him as he moves
into the nationally televised MMA circuit. His opponent Josh “The
Happa Kid” McDonald 9-5 training out of Fairtex, is equally
aggressive with his striking and with his strong ground defense and
submissions, will be choosing to keep this fight standing for that
explosive end to the evening.
Returning to King of the Cage is Zak Bucia representing Dragon House; Zak is a very tough striker with impressive ground defense which will be sorely needed to go against Aaron Hedrick; a protégé of Josh Hinkle. Aaron is a tribal member affiliated with Gold Country Casino and also brings his A game to a fight. He is a great stand up fighter with aggressive ground play as his submissions are lethal. Also returning to the King of the Cage is the impressive Kawika “The Kahuna” Morton. Coming off his November win against Mike Gonzalez, Kawika will be facing the very tough Angel De Anda from Last Stand fight team. Angel is known for his KO power and with Kawika’s hopes of keeping this on the feet, should make this an explosive event for both of them. The remainder of the card is just as impressive as Bill Widler out of Team Quest will be against Team Alpha Male’s, Mark Matthews. Also returning is Matt Muramotto, who defeated Charles “Krazy Horse” Bennett at the July 23rd 2011 event held at Gold Country Casino. His opponent this time is a Team Alpha Male fighter Andre “Dre Duke” Fili. JR Hinkle, steps up to King of the Cage fighting a seasoned pro with 5 fights out of Dragon House, CJ Hagerty.
Marcus Osegueda also returns after a fight of the night performance
at the KOTC November 12 2011 show as he takes on Jeremy
Murphy. A fighter out of CSA and FTCC with a championship Muay
Thai pedigree, Ronnie Carillo 2-1 steps up to take on the Black
Belt, Killa B, who has 8 pro fights and has survived some
impressive wars. Mike Franco
of Team Quest is cutting down to 170 lbs to test his hands with a
tough opponent out of Underground Fight Systems Chico, Aaron Van
Gundy. For some fem fatale excitement we’re bringing in Kristen
“The Automatic” Gatz who’s an outstanding 5-1 fighter against a
former opponent, Jeana “BEAR” Pineli. You won’t want to leave your
seats on this 125 lbs match up; it should be explosive due to all
the bad blood between them that they say can only be settled in the
cage. Brandon Waltz meets up with Bryce Cardiff, Mercedes Campos vs
Jaimelene
Nievera and Steve Tomayo vs Michael Crowell.
