(PRESS RELEASE) -- For the first time ever in Atlanta the world famous King of the Cage promotion will host a top-notch card of the nation’s most outstanding talent. Fifteen bouts will take place at the Georgia International Convention Center on Friday, March 27th.

Douglas Lima versus Charles Blanchard: The main event includes Knuckle Up fighter Douglas Lima, one of the most brutally efficient fighters to ever come out of Georgia. He has compiled a stellar 12-2-0 record against top competitors. Lima will take on vicious ground–and-pound practitioner Charles Blanchard (9-2-0) from what is often called the best fight team in America – Florida’s American Top Team (ATT). Both fighters have achieved widespread recognition. A win for either will cement his reputation as a national contender.

Junior Assuncao Atlanta legend and Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran Junior Assuncao, 6-4-0 will be climbing into the cage to take on 4-3-0 sensation Kamrin Naville. Kamrin recently beat-down two heavily favored opponents, one of whom was WEC fighter Stephen Ledbetter. Junior will attempt to show Kamrin he falls short of being a big league contender. Kamrin will attempt to once again silence the doubters who counted him out before. versus Kamrin Naville:

George ‘A-Dawg’ Allen vs. Bryan ‘The Pain Inducer’ Pardoe: Atlanta Favorite George Allen is a veteran of over 35 Mixed Martial Arts bouts dating to the days when the sport was commonly known as “No Holds Barred”. He has defeated opponents across the country. On March 27th he will defend his home turf against the notorious Bryan ‘Pain Inducer’ Pardoe, the monster of a man who has competed at the very top levels of MMA against fighters like Frank Shamrock and Don Frye.

Anthony Nieves vs. Jeremy Germenis: Of all of the bouts on King of the Cage Invincible, none may prove more historic than Anthony Nieves of Atlanta’s Knuckle Up versus Jeremy Germenis of Chattanooga BJJ, two young sensations with incredible skills, both of whom are marked for greatness. This bout will likely be looked back on as an early clash of two formative superstar fighters.

Cale Yarbrough vs Justin Hall: Cale Yarbrough, veteran of Spike TV’s The Ultimate Fighter reality show and darling of the world famous Hardcore Gym in Athen’s Georgia will take on Justin Hall, who will represent Roswell’s highly-regarded Tiger Academy of Martial Arts. Hall has recently augmented his training at Greg Jackson’s MMA in New Mexico.
