The co-main event is for the Bantamweight Championship (145 lbs) title with Seth Dikun (Victorville, CA.) fighting out of Cage Combat going up against Henry Corrales (Stanton, CA.) fighting out of De La O Jiu Jitsu.

Also on the card, two of the five winners from October's World Amateur Championships, who won professional contracts, will be making their professional debut. Aaron Williams will take on Issac Velasquez and Saad Ul-Hassan will fight Takashi Munoz.
