Leah, Iha to Star in 'The Bleeding'

(Los Angeles - Tuesday April 1 2008) Thesps Vinnie Jones, Michael Matthias, Michael Madsen, Rachelle Leah (UFC host, Fabiano Iha (Pictures) (UFC veteran and Stunt Coordinator of the film), DMX and Armand Assante are set to topline the feature "The Bleeding," a horror actioner from Indifferent Entertainment which revolves around ex-US Army Ranger Shawn Black (Michael Matthias), who while searching for the brutal killer of his parents, discovers a terrifying family of vampires led by Cain, The Vampire King, (Vinnie Jones, X Men: The Last Stand, Gone in 60 Seconds). Tipped off by a friendly cop (Armand Assante - American Gangster) and fortified with blessed weaponry supplied to him by a boozy priest (Michael Madsen - Sin City, Kill Bill), Black must infiltrate the vampire's lair - a former chemical weapons factory turned night club where he will finally meet the creature that has changed his life forever.

Also cast in the film are William McNamara (Copycat, Stealing Home), Pittsburgh Slim, and Kat Von D (LA Ink).

Helming "The Bleeding" will be famed action unit director Charles Picerni (Die Hard, Die Hard 2, Lethal Weapon) from a screenplay penned by Lance Lane. Producing the film is Michael Tadross Jr. with executive producer Frank Capra III and co-producer Charbel Youssef.

The Bleeding is slated to role cameras in April shooting in Wilmington, North Carolina.
