Lester added to Jackson’s MMA Series III

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Ultimate Fighter and UFC: The Ultimate Finale 9 Veteran Frank Lester steps in to replace Willie Parks on the December 18th Jackson’s MMA Series III fight card. Jackson Team Member Willie Parks suffered a training injury on Wednesday, November 30th during a team practice. The injury will prevent Willie Parks from participating on the fight card. Willie Parks’ opponent Josh Lanier of Fitness Kicks in Albuquerque, NM has agreed to take on Frank Lester.

Frank Lester appeared on Season 9 of The Ultimate Fighter: United States vs. United Kingdom as well as fighting on the UFC: The Ultimate Finale 9 card. Lester showed tremendous heart and determination battling through injuries to return to the series and become the first replacement fighter ever to win a fight. Frank (4-4) has been training with the Jackson Fight Team and will be representing Team Jackson for his fight against Josh Lanier.

Jackson’s MMA Series III December 18th will be hosted at the spectacular Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Albuquerque, NM. The fight card will feature WEC veteran Frank Gomez of Jackson’s and Bellator veteran Jonny Bedford fighting out of Ft. Worth, Texas. This Main Event promises to deliver an exciting, action packed fight for fans. In the Co-Main Event Julie Kedzie of Jackson’s will take on undefeated Sarah D’Alelio fighting out of Olympia, Washington.
