Gone are the dusty trails and the horse troughs, but once again the watering hole is the place for the fights as the North American Allied Fight Series (NAAFS) brings the intensity of ‘fight night' to Mustang Salliz this Sunday for NAAFS Sunday Night Fights.
The NAAFS is the region's premiere mixed martial arts (MMA) organization, running multiple live events each month throughout Ohio. On Sunday May 4th, the NAAFS will bring the ‘big fight' atmosphere to Streetsboro's Mustang Salliz for the first time.
In the main event of the card, CoDean Roff makes his return to the cage to take on Mike Arnold in a National Amateur Series Featherweight bout. Roff, a native of Chagrin Falls, has the experience advantage going into this fight. He has competed on some of the biggest events in NAAFS history, including a huge win at Fight Nite in the Flats II in Cleveland, OH. Roff will be tested against Mike Arnold.
Arnold trains with one of the top camps in the sports, Team Instigator, who always has their fighters ready to compete. Coaches Rick & Terry Blackwell have produced NAAFS champions in the past and are looking to do the same thing possibly down the line with Mike Arnold. However, it all starts at Mustang Salliz against CoDean Roff.
NAAFS Sunday Night Fights will also feature a special appearance by UFC & NAAFS veteran Dan ‘The Bull' Bobish. A native of Cleveland, OH; Bobish is a true veteran of the sport, going back to the days of bare-knuckle fighting in Brazil.
