Owned Entertainment Announces Armored Vehicle Manufacturer U.P.I. And TapouT Clothing Added As Iraq MMA Trip Sponsors

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Owned Entertainment Inc. announced today that armored vehicle parts manufacturer U.P.I. and TapouT clothing are now additional sponsors of Hergott, Reporter Aaron Tru and Filmographer Rick Lee and their trip to Iraq.

During the trip Owned Entertainment will be filming the behind the scenes of a multi day trip to Iraq, including the first ever MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fights held there. Monica Sanford with DD Productions and the Armed Forces Entertainment (www.armedforcesentertainment.com) is putting on the MMA event entitled “A Fight Night For Heroes”. The Extreme Couture GI Foundation is the title sponsor for the event.

As part of the U.P.I. sponsorship Owned Entertainment will film troops video messages to family back in the U.S. The videos to loved ones will be posted on U.P.I.’s website www.upimfg.com. Hergott comments; “We are thrilled to be working with U.P.I to create videos for troops to send to loved ones. U.P.I. is dedicated to protecting the troops through their innovative manufacturing designs, and these videos will only help generate further goodwill for the troops.”

TapouT clothing will be sponsoring the trip in a variety of ways and exclusive videos of the trip will likely be viewable on tapout.com in the future. Bobby Razak is added as Producer for the project. Bobby has directed several TapouT commercials and movies (www.bobbyrazakmovies.com).

Hergott and crew will be filming a feature length documentary to be distributed theatrically as well as web content for sponsors Rage Marketing, CageFaceTV, Cageface.com and Painful glory (www.painfulglory.com). Confirmed media covering the eight-day trip includes Fox Sports, Fox News inbed reporter Matt Sanchez, Donovan Craig and Paul Thatcher of FIGHT Magazine and possibly Time Magazine.
