(PRESS RELEASE) -- Tristar gym in Montreal will host the next Paradise Warrior Retreat seminar on October 2nd and 3rd.

The instructors of the event will be the best pound for pound MMA fighter in the world and the next Ultimate fighter coach of the UFC reality show on Spike TV, Georges St. Pierre.
