Mixed Martial Arts fighting comes to Irvine with an MMA Fight Card at the new No Limits MMA Studio, featuring top fighters from North America, Brazil and Japan

On Saturday April 21st No Limits Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness of Irvine California will be presenting the first premier mixed martial arts fighting event for 2007 here in the heart of Orange County. No Limits has teamed with ProElite.com.

ProElite.com, the comprehensive and inclusive online community for MMA fighters, fans and organizations, regardless of the MMA league, fighter organization or fan loyalty, will broadcast a global MMA doubleheader. On April 21 and No Limits: "Proving Grounds" from The No Limits Event Center in Irvine, California www.nolimitsmma.com and Cage Rage Championships 21: "Judgment Day" from Wembley Arena in London, England will be a part of this global event that will include over 20 hard hitting bouts in over eight hours of free viewing at ProElite.com.

This No Limits event will feature some of the top young fighters from North America, Brazil and Japan.

The event will take place at the No Limits Event Center in Irvine. Doors open at 6:00 pm and the fights start at 7:00 pm. All fights will be Streamed Live for Free on www.ProElite.com. Because of the growing popularity of ProElite.com's streaming, live events, fans are encouraged to register for free well in advance of the first fight. ProElite.com & Elite XC are also going to choose two fighters from the most exciting fights for a chance to fight on an upcoming event that will air on Showtime. For these young athletes, this is a chance for them to showcase their skills and personalities to the world, not many platforms out there will allow them to do this.

The fight card will feature Fabio Negao, considered one of the top 185 pound fighters in Brazil with a professional record of 6-1-0. Fabio is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but has concentrated on his striking skills over the past three years…he definitely likes to stand and throw punches. Fabio will be taking on Ray Lazama (Pictures) from Millennia Jiu Jitsu. Ray is a very tough tall rangy fighter who always comes to fight in great shape. He is known for his powerful knee strikes and is tremendous cardio.

Takumi Nakayama (Pictures) 13-10-4 trains out of Paraestra Osaka Academy in Japan and holds a Borwn Belt in Barzilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo Blackbelt and is a big star in Shooto; where he impressively beat current Shooto champ Tatsuya Kawajiri (Pictures) and the legen, Rumina Sata in times past. Takumi is a former KOTC Light Weight Champion and the first one to become one. He has beat Americans, Crazy Horse and Charlie Kohler (Pictures). An extremely aggressive fighter, his motto is, "Persistence will pay off so keep moving forward". To his U.S. fans he wishes to say, "I am not a genius so I fight with my heart and should make you feel me".

Tim "Big Perm" Persey a rising star in the heavyweight division will also be on this fight card. Big Perm was the first fighter to win at Elite XC inaugural event this past February and was also the first knockout for Elite XC. Despite coming into the fight against Bo Cantrell (Pictures) a 3 to 1 underdog Big Perm knock out Bo in under 90 seconds to improve his record to 9-1-0. Brandon Quigley, Heavyweight as big as his native Texas has had one of his wishes fulfilled, he finally gets to go toe to toe with "Big Perm" Tim Persey (Pictures). Brandon wimes with an impressive career of over 100 pro fights under his belt and looks to come on strong Saturday night.

The famous and dangerous Bao Quach (Pictures), fighting at 145 pounds will have his first fight of 2007. Bao is consider one of the scariest fighters in his weight division because he is strong on his feet and on the ground. Don't let his record of 7-8-1 fool you, Bao puts on a show and most fighters don't want to face him in the ring. His opponent, Rex Payne (Pictures)

3-4 coming down to sea level from the Rocky Mountains to make his California debut and face Bao Quach (Pictures). Rex is a formidable grappler with over 2- combined fights, he has an impressive stand up game; pound for pound these two fighters are sure crowd pleasers.

Randy Bowers (Pictures) 3-1-0 fights out of HB Ultimate Training Center in Huntington Beach and will be taking on Albert Rios (Pictures) (Albert Rios (Pictures)' class='LinkSilver'>Pictures) (4-3-0) in the 145 pound weight division. Randy started competing in 2000 and holds the 155 lbs. record in Kage Kombat and fought in the WEC. Randy has a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has studied Muay Thai for the past 6 years. Albert is from Los Angeles, started fighting in 2001 and trains at Subfighter out of Body Shop fitness in Bellflower and at California Kickboxing in Pasadena. Both fighters are looking forward to this fight!

As tough as they come, Gilber "El Toro" Carreto 6-2 comes raging into OC from El Paso Texas to face Shane Del Rosario, a relative newcomer, Shane is known for his powerful leg kicks and equally heavy hands. Shane 1-0 pro record and amateur 4-0 all won by impressive KO will come out fast and furious.
