SHARK FIGHTS PARTNERS WITH I.S.L.E. TO HELP KIDS WITH AUTISM

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Shark Fight Promotions teams up with Manzanita Elementary School's Independent Structured Learning Environment for Autistic Children (ISLE) program to help raise money for children with exceptional needs. Part of the proceeds from Shark Fights 20 in Laughlin, NV on October 15 will be donated to Manzanita Elementary School to help the ISLE program. The ISLE classroom is a district-wide program providing individualized support to students with special needs such as autism and severe intellectual disabilities. “We have the highest enrollment of extreme autism cases in the area with 22 kids.” said paraeducator, Robert Deets. “A portion of the revenue from ticket sales will go to support the ISLE program and give these kids the opportunity to attend an outing at Medicine Dog Arena ranch. Medicine Dog Arena ranch provides tools and equipment to help all students, regardless of their abilities, to participate in extracurricular activities that may not be possible otherwise. Providing this trip will be an experience that many of the students in the ISLE program might not otherwise experience. We want to thank Shark Fights for taking an interest in the ISLE program and helping us raise money for these special children.”

Shark Fights executive, Wes Nolen said, “Shark Fight Promotions is more than just a fight promotion, we want to make a difference in the community. Our mission is to give back to the community that supports us. We want to connect with local programs and help in any way we can. It’s a blessing for us to be teaming up with Robert Deets, Jason Lane, and the children of Manzanita Elementary Schools’ ISLE program.” For more information on Manzanita Elementary School’s ISLE program please contact Robert Deets at 928-279-6221.
