Tickets On Sale For Bellator 49 From Caesars Atlantic City

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Bellator live on MTV2 returns to Caesars
Atlantic City, for Bellator Fighting Championships 49 on Saturday,
September 10th, kicking off the promotion’s fifth season, which
airs LIVE on MTV2. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at
TicketMaster.com and Bellator.com.
Bellator 49 marks the start of Bellator’s 3rd Welterweight Tournament and will feature some of the sport’s best 170 pounders, as Brazilian knockout artist Luis “Sapo” Santos, five-time Bellator vet Dan “The Handler” Hornbuckle, top prospect Douglas “The Phenom” Lima, Season 4 Welterweight Tournament finalist Rick Hawn, and Bellator 39 winner Ben Saunders headline a stacked tournament field.
The night will also see some of the area’s best regional talent,
with local New Jersey, Philadelphia and tri-state area fighters
will be featured on the night’s card.
“It’s great to be returning to Caesars Atlantic City for Bellator 44,” said Bellator Chairman & CEO Bjorn Rebney. “Our last Caesars, AC event was a sell-out and a great overall event, so it was a very easy decision to return to one of the East Coast’s finest casino/resort locations. “This welterweight tournament is loaded with talent, and Caesars is a fantastic venue for MMA, so fans in the house and those watching LIVE on MTV2 are in store for another spectacular night of fights on September 10th.”
