Ultimate Combat Experience Championship Series and America One Sports Sign Multiyear Agreement

More Than 20 Million TV Homes Reached Weekly

Houston; Salt Lake City; New York – The Ultimate Combat Experience (UCE) has signed a multi-year agreement with America One Television for UCE's 2007 and 2008 Championship Series.

UCE is an electrifying weekly sporting event that combines kickboxing and no-holds-barred fighting. The year-long UCE Championship Series consists of six 6-week tournaments in which fighters face each other in elimination matches. The winner of every fight advances on to the next week in hopes of reaching the Round-of-Champions.

The Round-of-Champions (ROC) is a six week competition featuring the weight division winners from the six elimination rounds. The top two finalists in the ROC advance to the UCE World Championship.

UCE World Championship is held each year in December. The 2006 Championship was held in Antigua.

The Ultimate Combat Experience is truly a spectacle and regarded by many fans as the best show of its kind. It captivates viewers with heart-thumping hits, sounds that put you in the cage and outstanding television production.

"Authentic, unscripted and unexpected. It's the perfect show for the You Tube generation," said Mike Stidham, UCE President. "We have been in production for more than four years and have seen athletes develop and grow in popularity along with the rise of ultimate fighting in the U.S."

Brokered by Trajectory Sports & Media Group, LLC, this agreement represents the first major U.S. television programming deal for UCE, and supports America One's strong move into combatant sports television.

America One Sports is part of the America One Television Network, a general entertainment and sports network serving more than 175 broadcast affiliates that access over 20 million TV households across the United States.

"Ultimate fighting is booming in the U.S. and we are pleased to join forces with UCE to bring more hand-to-hand excitement to young male viewers," said Preston Bornman, America One's executive vice president. "Having more than 100 hours of UCE library programs is terrific because it allows the flexibility to feed the growing television appetite for this sport. America One is fighting its way to become one of the big six commercial broadcast networks and UCE is one of our punches."

The current primetime sports line-up for Texas-based America One Sports includes the Canadian Football League, FIM Motocross, England's Charlton Athletic Club soccer, ECHL Hockey, weekly boxing, auto racing, extreme sports and official weekly highlights programs from ATP Tennis and FIBA Basketball
