WHAT: This Friday, HDNet hosts the legendary Randy Couture on the network's "Inside MMA."
Randy Couture will sit down with Kenny and Bas to discuss his
recent bout against another UFC Hall of Famer, Mark Coleman at last
Saturday's UFC 109 event. Bobby Lashley, a pro wrestler who has
successfully transitioned to MMA, discusses how he beat Wes Sims at
Strikeforce: Miami, to notch a perfect 5-0 record. Rounding out the
panel is Mike Swick, who lost to Paulo Thiago last Saturday at UFC
109.
Also, reporter Ron Kruck visits TV actor Jason David Frank who is currently trying to make the move to MMA.
