Ultimate Warrior Challenge to Heat International Tournament

(PRESS RELEASE) -- UWC are proud to announce a change in company name and a refresh in branding from Ultimate Warrior Challenge to Heat International Tournament (HIT).

The change is due to the significant expansion of our core entertainment of Combat Sports which will include other disciplines to be announced for the next Show.

The new brand encompasses the spirit of the UWC promotion with an enhanced capability in terms of size, strength, and diversity of the entire Promotion - maintaining "Heat" as the Leading Combat Promotion in Europe.

The company will continue to operate with the same management in its current operational structure with the first HIT Show (UWC 24) taking place on Saturday 12th October 2013. Former UWC CEO and matchmaker Alex Burzotta and primary investor Tara Brady will be launching HIT at Garons Arena, Southend On Sea. The promotion will also feature a number of former UWC athletes.
