Vangaard International Pro Tour
The V.I.P.
The Vangaard International Pro Tour (V.I.P.) is the first worldwide team Grappling championship. Born from the will to give grappling athletes a professional structure, the V.I.P. will offer, to its participants, a championship worthy of large sports organisations to its participants. The first season will be launched in Europe and as soon as the second season will start, events in Japan, United States and Brazil are programmed.
The championship
During the first season, the teams will qualify for the second round by winning one of the V.I.P qualifying sessions. The first qualifying session will happen in France in June 2007 and further sessions will be uncovered in time. Teams will remain free to participate to as many qualifying sessions as they want, if they haven't already qualified. The second round results will give access to the grand Grappling Finale in Paris in 2008 .
Prize money
The Prize Money is 15 000$ with additional prizes from our sponsors which will be distributed during the trophy ceremony
