ALL COMPETITOR'S REGISTRATION, WAIVER AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY TUESDAY, JULY 10, 2007
All registered fighters will receive an arm band that will be used for tournament entry and as a General Admission ticket for the Combat Sports Challenge 21 (CSC 21) Pro MMA and Muay Thai Fight show with a preliminary card of selected WKA Amateur North American Title matches (Saturday, July 14th 7:30pm). After fighter completes the check in process on Friday, they will receive a complimentary fighter gift bag full of products from event sponsor the VITAMIN SHOPPE and energy drinks from event sponsor MONSTER.

Equipment - Ring Sports Division (Muay Thai and MMA) Competitors will be supplied gear (boxing gloves, shin guards, headgear) for their matches. Everyone will be in the same gear at this event. The gear is supplied by Primetime Fight Gear. Grappling Mats - Grappling competitors will be competing on brand new mat supplied by event mat sponsor KWON USA

July 13, 2007 - Best Western Executive Hotel 7007 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA behind TGI Fridays near Glenside Road
3:00 pm to 7:30pm - Fighters check in, weigh-in and physicals for Ring Sports (MMA and Muay Thai divisions)
COMPETITORS in all MMA and Muay Thai divisions MUST CHECK IN, GET WEIGHED and be CHECKED by DOCTOR FRIDAY, JULY 13, 2007 between 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
ALL Competitors (Muay Thai and MMA) must download, print off and have their personal physician complete the Pre Fight Medical Form. You must bring the completed original to the check in on Friday, July 13, 2007 between 3pm and 7:30pm. Competitors with medical forms completed will only be required to do a short abbreviated check in with the physician. Any competitor without their completed Pre Fight Medical Form by their physician will be required to have a complete pre fight physical and pay a $25.00 fee at registration, before weigh in and completing the check in process. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION.

9:00 am - Fighters meeting for Ring Sports (MMA and Muay Thai)
10:00 am - Elimination tournament begins for Ring Sports - (MMA and Muay Thai)
Day One of Competition (Saturday July 14, 2007): All three divisions will begin on Saturday. MMA, MUAY THAI and Grappling.
Grappling divisions will all be completed on Saturday with no carry over to Sunday. Ring Sports divisions (Muay Thai and MMA) will fight down to the semi finals.
July 15, 2007 -The Showplace - 3000 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA)
10:00 am - Tournament Semi finals and finals begin - MMA and Muay Thai
Semi finals and finals will be held on Sunday morning. Selected finals will be featured in the Saturday evening CSC show.
