Event will host 10 live amateur MMA fights plus an 8-man pro absolute grappling tournament with a $2500 cash prize for the winner.
Also, the main event will feature UFC Fighter Gabriel "Napao" Gonzaga competing in a super-fight Gi-Grappling match.
