Welcome to 2009
(PRESS RELEASE) -- It tis the New Year and I hope everyone enjoyed
the holidays. Now it’s back to reality… new years resolutions,
diets and exercise, the setting of goals, new beginnings. Whatever
you want to call it it’s the first of the year, I have always been
a goal orientated person. I write my goals down and carry them with
me in my day planner when I am on the road or I look at them every
morning when I walk into my office. It helps me stay focused on
what I am trying to achieve. The goals range from personal (lose a
couple pounds, spend more time with the family) to business (adding
a new class, developing a new instructor, etc). I am happy to
report on a personal note, that I am 20 lbs. lighter than I have
been in some time. This gives me an even more of a confidence
builder. I started this several months back, not as a resolution,
not as a diet, but as a lifestyle change and I am happy with the
results. So this is just a friendly prod for you to pull out a
paper and pencil to write down a goal or two for you and put it up
so you can see it everyday so you can stay focused as well.Wishing
you all a healthy and happy 2009! JANUARY SPECIAL 8x10 [As shown on
