No matter the weight class, the opponent, or his age, Dan Henderson seems committed to being a mover and a shaker in these rankings.

On Nov. 19 in San Jose, Henderson just barely held on in his five-round war with former UFC light heavyweight champ Mauricio Rua to notch one of the biggest wins of his nearly 15-year career. More incredibly, the grueling 25-minute victory came at the age of 41, where Henderson is suddenly putting together some of his all-time biggest wins. The victory puts Henderson right in the thick of things at 205 pounds, the weight division he has always proclaimed to be his true home.

However, Nov. 19 wasn't all about accomplished vets picking up big wins, as across the country in Hollywood, Fla., former Missouri wrestling standout Michael Chandler shockingly unseated Eddie Alvarez to win the Bellator lightweight crown.

Chandler's path to victory was also filled with violence going both ways, as the Xtreme Couture product withstood incredible amounts of punishment in the third round before amazingly tapping Alvarez in the fourth, earning the Bellator strap and a place on this list.

November is just about in our rear-view mirror, but December will offer two current divisional rulers in action in addition to many of the sport's standouts, which has quickly become a longstanding tradition for the sport in the final calendar month.
