The next fight of the night featured Stephen Paling IV, 808 Fight Factory fighter, and son of Stephen "Bozo" Paling, against Harvey Nakamura of Grappling Unlimited. Though much press has already been given to Paling IVth's age, it is worth mentioning again that he is only 18 years old! His inexperience in the ring didn't show tonight, though, as he repeatedly worked the angles and stuck and moved all over the ring, delivering quick hands and feet to Harvey throughout the match. Harvey, however, controlled the game on the ground, securing repeated takedowns and often gaining Paling's back. In the end, the ground work paid off, earning Harvey the judges' unanimous decision, and what was to be the only decision of the main card. It was a very impressive debut for Paling IV, though, and you can be sure that he will be back, entertaining Oahu's fans with his quick standup style!
