In the third fight of the night, Team Oyama fighter Hector Ramirez faced David Vitkay. This was another short one, and showcased the sheer power of Ramirez. Right after the bell, Ramirez drove Vitkay into the fence hard, and I mean hard, as the whole cage shook from the force. Ramirez then took a page out of his teammate’s book and slammed poor Dave to the mat. Ramirez sat in Vitkay’s guard for a little while, not doing anything. Out of nowhere, he landed a BIG right hand, stunning Vitkay. From there he unleashed more strikes until the referee jumped in to stop the fight. Hector Ramirez wins by TKO at 1:38 Round 1.
