This fight spent most of its time clinched in the corners, with Wieman and Blanton taking turns having control, and exchanging knees. Blanton pushed away, and opened up a flurry of punches, with Wieman returning fire. Wieman caught Blanton on the chin, sending him to the mat and to dream land.
