In the fifth fight San Diego Fight Club's, Wade Shipp, put a whopping on Japanese fighter, Kengo Watanabe. Watanabe spent just about all of the fight underneath Shipp getting hit. Watanabe even tried to use some of those slick Pancrase escapes, but to no avail. Shipp's ground game has come a long way and every time Watanabe attempted to roll, Shipp simply transferred from one superior position to another until the ref finally stepped in and stopped the fight late in the first.
