The first round was somewhat tentative on both fighters, each flicking a few punches out, but keeping their distance, then clinch and straight to the ground. After the referee stood the two up, they traded a few combinations and back to the ground they went, with Sutton passing around and securing the back, working for the choke by Ted was able to escape. Round two started with a little more action as each fighter seemed to have worked the nerves out. Sutton instigates a throw only to reversed and end up on his back with Worthington in his guard. Worthington works from the guard with a few punches, passes to the side, then full mount where he opens up with a flurry of punches forcing the tap.
