Jeff Sherwood hosted Wednesday for another edition of "Beatdown" on the SRN. Joining Jeff was featherweight Nam Phan and bantamweight Sarah Kaufman.
At the top of the second hour, Nam Phan joined Beatdown to go over his latest win at UFC on Fox 4 against Cole Miller and to discuss how he feels about Steven Seagal.
Later, Sarah Kaufman was brought on to the program to talk about her upcoming Strikeforce bout against Ronda Rousey and what she has been doing to get ready for this event. Check it out!
