TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross are back for another edition of "Beatdown" on The Sherdog Network. Joining them was UFC lightweight champion Sean Sherk (Pictures) and IFL co-owner and commissioner Kurt Otto.

With the Oscar De La Hoya-Floyd Mayweather Jr. bout this weekend there has been a lot of discussion on the topic of boxing versus mixed martial arts. One dream fight that has been talked about is Mayweather against UFC lightweight champion Sean Sherk (Pictures). "The Muscle Shark" joins TJ and Josh to talk about that match up, how he feel it would turn out, and what is next for him in MMA. Sean also discusses his shoulder which he injured prior to his fight against Kenny Florian (Pictures).

The International Fight League just celebrated their one year anniversary since their debut effort. Commissioner Kurt Otto joins "Beatdown" to discuss the first year of the IFL, the progress of the company, their future, and some of the accomplishments they have achieved in 12 months.
