TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross were back for another edition of "Beatdown" on The Sherdog Radio Network. Joining them was fighter Urijah Faber (Pictures) and former professional boxer and Minnesota State Boxing Commissioner Scott LeDoux.
"The California Kid" Urjiah Faber joins TJ De Santis to talk about the WEC's nine city promotional tour that kicks off this month. Faber, the featherweight champion of the WEC, talks about his upcoming title defense on the Versus Network, the promotional tour, and his new gym Ultimate Fitness.
Scott LeDoux was a heavyweight title contender in the sport of boxing. Facing the likes of Ali, Foreman, and many others, LeDoux has an impressive boxing background. He is currently in charge of the Minnesota state boxing commission. Recently in the state of Minnesota it has been discussed that mixed martial arts needs to be sanctioned. LeDoux joins "Beatdown" to discuss the recent legislation, and whether or not he feels the new sport can co-exist with boxing.
