TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross have no shortage of news to discuss on Monday's
edition of "Beatdown" on The Sherdog Radio Network. Joining them are Rory Markham(Pictures) of the
International Fight League's Quad Cities Silverbacks, and Portland Wolfpack head coach and middleweight contender Matt Lindland(Pictures).
With the UFC purchasing contracts from the WFA some speculated "The Law" would find his way back to the ranks of the UFC's middleweight division. However, Lindland's contract expired with the WFA last month.
Matt talks about his opportunities as a free agent, including a bout against Carlos Newton(Pictures) in Feb. Lindland also speaks about his Wolfpack squad, which takes on the Silverbacks for the International Fight League championship on Dec. 29.
Markham will represent Pat Miletich(Pictures)'s Silverbacks at 170 pounds on the 29th at the Mohegan Sun. The hard-punching welterweight talks about the IFL, training with legendary Miletich, and how he matches up with Portland's Chris Wilson.
