Beatdown: Live From The LA Fitness Expo

TJ De Santis and Jeff Sherwood returned to The Sherdog Radio Network Saturday for a special live broadcast from The Los Angeles Fitness Expo. Joining them were MMA fighters Duane Ludwig, Don Frye, and Kim Couture.

Duane Ludwig joined the show to talk about his new role at Team Alpha Male as head coach. Ludwig breaks down his coaching style, how he plans on improving the striking ability of the Sacramento based camp, and what his plans are as an active fighter himself.

Don Frye has had a legendary career in mixed martial arts, and apparently it's not quite over. The UFC and Pride veteran shares information on a potential fight next month with judo silver medalist Satoshi Ishii. "The Predator" also talks about his views on the current state of mixed martial arts, and what he thought about the events surrounding last years cancelation of UFC 151.

The broadcast also chatted with mixed martial arts veteran Kim Couture and "Ms. Tapout."
