Rewind: Ranallo, Ellenberger

Jack Encarnacao returned to The Sherdog Radio Network live for another edition of "The Rewind." Encarnacao looked back at this week in mixed martial arts, took a step back with Jake Ellenberger to examine his upset victory over Jake Shields, then sat down with veteran mixed martial arts commentator Mauro Ranallo.

Jack was joined by UFC welterweight contender Jake Ellenberger to breakdown his impressive upset knockout win over Jake Shileds at last night's UFC: Battle On The Bayou card. "The Juggernaut" discussed his training camp, the gameplan, how he saw the fight going a different way and where the victory places him in the 170 pound ranks.

In "The Sitdown" Jack was joined by Mauro Ranallo for almost 90 minutes to discuss his roots in professional wrestling, expieriences as a mixed martial arts commentator and what he sees in Strikeforce's future. Mauro also goes in-depth on his battles with Bipolar Affective Disorder, how it landed him in a psych ward and the benifits of the affliction.
