Sherdog contributing writer Jason Burgos was at the Professional Fighters League open workouts inside the Wyndham New Yorker ballroom in New York City.
The stage featured several fighters on Monday's 2018 championship event at the Hulu Theater in Madison Square Garden. The video includes the public workouts for light heavyweight finalist Sean O'Connell, heavyweight finalist Josh Copeland, lightweight women's fighter Kayla Harrison giving an impromptu Judo class, 205-pound finalist Vinny Magalhaes, featherweight finalist Lance Palmer and welterweight finalist Ray Cooper III.
