Arlovski: 'I'm Reborn' for Silva Fight
Andrei Arlovski has learned to accept what his manager repeatedly tells him: everything happens for a reason.
The 31-year-old Belarusian heavyweight has heeded these words in the 11 months he's stayed out of the cage to revamp himself following back-to-back losses to Fedor Emelianenko and Brett Rogers.
Arlovski, who begins his climb back up the heavyweight ranks against Antonio Silva at Strikeforce "Heavy Artillery" this Saturday at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo., has completed mini-camps at American Kickboxing Academy, Grudge Training Center, Greg Jackson's MMA Academy, along with his usual Team Pitbull team in Chicago.
In this Sherdog.com video exclusive, Arlovski discusses how the pilgrimages and his work with a sports psychologist have readied him for a new chapter in his career.
