Some consider him the world's best submission grappler. And Saturday night in Vancouver, British Columbia, Roger Gracie (Pictures) will earn another title, one so many with his given name have taken over the years: professional mixed martial artist.

The 25-year-old heavyweight fights 274-pound Ron Waterman (Pictures) in the main event of bodogFIGHT's first live promotional effort. Gracie talks with Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross just minutes after stepping off the scale Friday.
