Brendan Schaub saw his perfect record dotted with its first blemish on the finale of “The Ultimate Fighter” late last year, but the Coloradan heavyweight has righted the ship with a pair of knockout wins in 2010.
He will have to get past the very tough Gabriel Gonzaga -- a former title challenger -- at UFC 121 if he hopes to realize that dream. Greg Savage caught up with the promising prospect during his training camp at Denver’s Grudge Training Center and Schaub was more than happy to discuss his dearth of ring time and his thoughts on the one man to beat him, Roy Nelson, and whether or not he is hoping to square off again in the near future.
