The worst thing that Strikeforce could have done for Rafael "Feijao" Cavalcante was match him against Antwain Britt, the Virginia Beach fighter tells Sherdog.com.
Britt, on the rise in the promotion's 205-pound division following a first-round TKO over kickboxer Scott Lighty last December, says he's got the goods to stop the Black House product and formidable Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt at Strikeforce "Heavy Artillery" this Saturday at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo.
"I'm first-tier. People just don't know it yet," the former Div. I collegiate wrestler told Sherdog.com.
As the lead-off fight for Saturday's live Showtime broadcast, the bout will have clear contendership ramifications for the winner.
