After reshaping his training staff, Kenny Florian rebounded nicely from his tough loss to lightweight kingpin B.J. Penn in December with a submission of Clay Guida.

He looks to carry forward the momentum from the stoppage when he takes on former Pride ace Takanori Gomi at Ultimate Fight Night 21 on March 31.

Sherdog.com caught up with the Boston native while he was in New York City preparing for Gomi by training with Georges St. Pierre, Renzo Gracie and Frankie Edgar.
