Henderson: 'I Hate Decisions'

Benson Henderson will put his interim title on the line when he takes on WEC lightweight champion Jamie Varner in a title unification bout Sunday night in Sacramento, Calif.
The affable Henderson, who went from WEC newcomer to titlist in less than a year, will have a chance to solidify his place atop the 155-pound division with a win over Varner.
Henderson, speaking with Sherdog.com, talked about his short trip to the top of the weight class and his epic battle with Donald Cerrone. He also broke down his experience training with Varner -- a fellow Arizonan -- and his recent training session with top lightweights Kenny Florian and B.J. Penn.
