Insider ...
The adage suggests that mixed martial artists don't have a choice: at some point along the way, they will lose. Sure Rashad Evans (Pictures) is just nine fights into his journey, but the light heavyweight, who gained fame by winning season two of Spike TV's The Ultimate Fighter, has many believing it could be some time before he rubs up against the inevitable.
Thursday night on Spike TV, Evans (9-0-0) faces Sean Salmon (Pictures) in the main event of UFC Fight Night, live from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Seminole, Fla. In this exclusive Sherdog Insider look into Evans' training camp under the merciless supervision of Albuquerque, New Mexico's Greg Jackson, we see the continually-improving fighter put time in the gym for his first UFC main event bout, and gather insight about the man from his trainer and teammates.
